History

The Pattern Recognition Company develops software and technology for solving your Machine Vision and Data Analysis problems. Founded in 2005 as a spin-off of the University of Lübeck, it has developed to one of the leading providers of customized solutions for the most challenging problems in Machine Vision and Pattern Recognition. 

PRC’s expertise is based on many years of experience in computer vision, multidimensional data analysis, machine learning, and neural networks. Due to PRC’s strong ties to leading universities, PRC developers are highly skilled computer scientists and engineers.

We are specialized in developing software for companies who incorporate our work in their products, their systems, or their production lines. We work closely with our clients, effectively becoming part of their company for the duration of the project.

With our close ties to leading research institutions we organize and lead R&D cooperations. To reduce the individual risk of these research projects, we have the experience to manage to obtain additional funding from national or European funding agencies.
