Smart Alarm

BMBF

Based on machine learning techniques, we offer new methods for the diagnosis of critical states within your system. Applications range from process control in the chemical industry over steel production processes to patient monitoring in intensive care units.

In contrast to conventional approaches we can take the inter-dependencies of multivariate sensor data into account. This increases the diagnosis performance and at the same time significantly reduces your false alarms.

In collaboration with our partner iba AG we even go a step further. In a R&D project funded by the BMBF, we develop strategies which allow to optimize the efficency and quality of your production line based on our smart alarm system.

Critical States

How can we

  1. recognise a critical state?
  2. recognise the cause of a critical state?
  3. eliminate a critical state?
  4. predict critical states and intervene in advance?
