As the reliability and performance of computer vision and machine learning techniques increases, computer-aided diagnosis is gaining growing acceptance. Inspection of cell images

We offer medical image processing algorithms for the automatic inspection of immunofluorescence images with the following modules:

  • segmentation and separation of each cell object,
  • computation of specific cell characteristics, and
  • automatic classification into specific classes of cell types.

Automatic tissue processing

Our medical imaging algorithms allow for automatic processing of tissue images by means of the following modules:

  • image enhancement to remove inhomogeneous illumination and image noise,
  • image stitching to obtain complete cell images,
  • automatic detection of valid cell regions, and
  • classification of cell regions.
